Very nice hotel on the beach with big and clean rooms. Personalul a fost amabil. Micul dejun a fost mai diversificat decat la hotelurile de cinci stele. Parcarea nu a fost prea buna, era lateral, in praf, neamenajata, dar bine ca macar este.

Rude staff

My partner and I stayed here for a few days until our apartment was ready. Staff are very rude and no bar service around the pool. Wristbands are used to enter the lift and around the pool, youre not allowed your wristband to the beach if youre using the hotel towels which is very frustrating. The location isnt really ideal either, 10 Lev each way to the marina or old town -

SPA not hygienic, without special room for chaging. Floor not carefully clean. Breakfast very poor, with instant coffe and without special cups for tea. Smoking allowed in restaurant. Not recommended if you look for some relaxing vacation. Low service level, only bulgarian spearkers. We stay only two nights instead of five. I will not come back for sure.

Arrived late in evening for a 4 night stay. First impressions are very lavish, clean and lots of shiny marble. The rooms are very nice, big & spacious, with fabulous big comfy beds!! Gym and spa are excellent, very well equipped gym, but strangely no water fountains. So if training, take water with you. But excellent gym!! Spa is lovely, sauna, steam, hot beds, jacuzzi etc!! Lovely!! Now for the negative,reception staff unhelpful and not really at the level you would expect of this hotel. Could be a lot more professional. Breakfast over all was poor, fruit selection was average, and as much as there was a lot of food, there was not a lot of quality. Staff in restaurant were good, but management staff were unhelpful. BUT!! Overall a decent stay, the season hadnt started yet, so Ill put some of the negatives down to that, but there are lots to improve on. Would i stay here again? Yes! Its got a lovely beach and pool area, and very nice views.

This Hotel is Nice and the rooms are big and clean. The food is not so bad, it is not the best but you will definitely be full. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay especially Sergey.
