I can't rate these apartments highly enough. The location is perfect! A short walk to the strip, the old town or the beach. It's nice and quiet at night so if you want to get the benefit of all that Benidorm has to offer but still get a decent night's sleep then this is the place for you. The thing that makes this place though are the people who run it - Jordi, Gabrielle, Roman and his wife Ann. They are such lovely people and they can't do enough for you. The Bonjour Caf attached - run by Gabrielle, Roman and Ann serve lovely breakfasts in fact I'd say the nicest we had in Benidorm - plus Gabrielle made the most perfect Bloody Mary but still brought all the condiments with it in case you wanted to spice it up a bit more. The room we had was a bit snug for 3 of us but as we spent most of our time out and about it was perfect. Loved the fully equipped kitchen too - everything you might need. Yes it doesn't get services every day but it didn't matter. It was our first time in Benidorm and we loved it so we will definitely be back. And when we come back we will definitely stay at Amalia. Thank you for everything Jordi, Gabrielle, Roman and Ann. We'll see you all again x

I stayed her with my husband and the place is very central for the Oldtown, the Strip and the Beach. The apartment was clean and had everything needed like washing machine, iron board, iron, hair dryer and various other extras. The shower room was a great size but I found it hard to keep the water within the shower unit as the curtain wasn't that great. The balcony was a great size but the view is buildings upon buildings with the odd view of the sea between balcony's. The sun was on balcony earlier in the day apartment C but our choice would have been A as we like to sit on balcony later in the day. The cleaning of the room was not regular, we were told that it should have been done every four days and we booked our accomodation for 15 nights but our room was cleaned twice on request. Jorddi on reception was lovely and helpful, always had a smile. The bar was clean fresh and staff very friendly but I would rather it was at the pool so you didn't have to dry off a bit before going through the lobby to get to the bar. The staff were always helpful and would bring your drink poolside. The pool was mainly quiet with plenty of beds but I didn't like the scum around the waterline of the pool which wasn't cleaned the time I was there. There was a disgusting gentleman who obviously had an issue with clearing his chest and constantly done this while in the pool and spat what he brought up in the shower area and pool but the filters in the pool were not on all the time so this was not cleared away so I was out that pool quick and took a few days before I would go back in as I was told the the pool engineer dealt with the pool in the mornings. Overall I am not a fan of Benidorm and would only go back for a few days in a group and would happily stay at the Amalia each time as the staff were nice and friendly and it is a great location.

This was our second visit to Amalia. The apartments are great and contain everything you could need - electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and ironing board and iron and large TV. There is also air conditioning in the main lounge. A kitchen pack is provided containing washing up liquid, a liquid tab for the washing machine, scouring sponge and ordinary sponge plus a Tea Towel. The balconies are enormous and contain a table and 4 chairs plus a laundry rack for you to dry your clothes on. Towels and toiletries are provided in the bathroom so you don't need to worry about bringing any with you unless you want to use the pool. Jordi on reception provides useful information about the area and nothing is too much trouble. There's plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and also a safe to put your valuables in. On the ground floor is the Bonjour cafe run by 3 amazing individuals - Romeo, Gabriel and Anna who are lovely! Drinks are very reasonably priced and the breakfasts are delicious. Definitely a good place to stay and within an easy walk of the main strip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Spent 12 nights here in July and the apartments have everything you need . The manager Jordi is a wonderful asset to this company and went above and beyond the level of customer service you would expect and was always on hand to offer advice and recommendations for the area in fact he is the reason we will be returning. The Bonjour Cafe downstairs is run by 2 brothers Gabriel and Romeo and the lovely Anna who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and nothing is ever too much trouble for them and the food and drinks are top quality and reasonable hence the second reason we will be returning. I have to say the level of service is what you would expect from a 4 to 5 star establishment and so glad we chose to stay here.
