We stopped for the night on our way to Florida for the week. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and spacious. You can't beat the price. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed again on our way home. Overall it was a great place to stay!

The first night the people above us was so loud the entire night. I was told because I have a dog I have to have the bottom floor. The second night on our way back traveling home. I asked Jasmine the lady at the front desk (managers wife) for two sets of towels. She only came back with one. When I asked for the other set she questioned why I needed them. I explained we like to take two showers. One at night and one in the morning (which I dont feel I should have to answer to) then she only comes back with one towel. I am like ma'am I need another wash cloth. Then after we take are shower and get in bed I wake up at 3 thinking there is a bug on my foot. There was food in our bed. I couldnt go back to sleep thinking about how I just slept in dirty sheets. I got up took my shower and left about 415. I made a complaint to the manager. He said he would check into and call me back about 830. I waited and never got a call back. I called back and the manager James (Jay which is the same person as he tries to act like two different people) then tried to say that I placed that food in the bed. I was very upset. I would never do anything like that. I left that room clean. I would never stay here ever again.

    • Allows sidewalk BBQ cooking

Great budget hotel seems reasonably new and very clean room except for my room's personal exterminator (spider behind window curtain which has 3 other bugs caught in it's web - thought about squishing it and the web but decided it was doing it's job of getting insects that may come in and was well stocked there not to bother us). The lady who worked behind the desk and her family were having a Indian cookout by lobby / first floor rooms with charcoal BBQ and a curry dish of some sort steamer / rice cooker. Sadly it wasn't for hotel quests as it appears the worker's family appears to live at the hotel or use the first few rooms by the lobby. If you don't like the smell of curry or charcoal ask for a room away from the lobby. Since there were lots of old coals and rust BBQ near the outdoor stairs this is likely common. Closer to my room the nice elderly hippie couple from South Dakota decided to join in the BBQ fun and setup their habachi grill with charcoal smoke to cook dinner on the sidewalk by the second set of stairs. It would be nice if the owners would make a dedicated patio for there cookouts perhaps across the parking lot instead of getting gassed with curry/Asian spices (it smelled like a good dish) on the #1 stairwell near the lobby and more traditional BBQ near second stairwell. Note:. This hotel has exterior corridors and no elevator. It appears the staff's family lives there in rooms near the lobby on the first floor as the lady at the desk had to briefly step away from my check out to handle her baby which was crying. I would request rooms farther from the lobby.

Room was amazing. Clean, nicely updated. We felt safe. Friendly front desk. Breakfast was a joke. Yogurt, bagels, and some warm your own sandwiches. No waffles, nothing hot, no fruit. They did have coffee and juice.

Most of the hotels were booked but I found this one , very clean hotel , clean spacious rooms , comfy bed and pillows . Good hot water in the shower . Nice and quiet . Limited breakfast but McDonalds is next door . Truck and rv parking next door but it fills quickly . Access doors to front desk are not auto . No elevators to 2nd floor . Will go back again
