We had a very pleasant stay at Springhill Suites with our grandchildren. Room was large and exceptionally clean. A last minute cancellation from another hotel led us to Springhill Suites.The management went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for your help in making our vacation fantastic! We will return!

The location of the hotel is great as it is near shopping, restaurants and n easy drive into downtown Pittsburgh. It is a typically reliable Spring Hill Suites property as it is clean and well maintained and the customer service is above par. Rooms are good and amenities are also slightly above the average. Breakfast was fantastic and the price for what you get is one of the most competitive in the area. Was a bit taken back by the $7.00 daily parking charge?? Big lot with plenty of free parking surrounding.

Summary of plus experiences and expectations of the Spring Hill Suites at the Pgh Mills. Room size, price per room, staff, cleanliness, pool area. I dont think you can ask for more than that. The complimentary breakfast was not of great standards, but there are plenty of restaurants near by.

Convenient Location - Dirty, Mismanaged Property

This hotel is at a good location with lots of shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants (unfortunately all chains). Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. I've stayed at lots of SpringHill Suites, so I know what to expect and what not to expect. We stayed four days, and got cleaning service one day only. On the days we did not get cleaning service, we called the front desk and they neither seemed surprised nor cared. There was something messy and sticky on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and on the one day we got cleaning service they didn't clean it. It took all of 10 seconds to clean, so they didn't even clean the floor. When I called for cleaning service they asked as if I was inconveniencing them. Perhaps worst of all, the offered nothing, absolutely nothing to make up for their lack of service. I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott and this is perhaps the worst Marriott property I've seen in decades of traveling.

Over from the UK on business. Hotel is warm, secure, very clean and comfortable. Front of house and cleaning staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Loads of various restaurants within walking distance. Massive parking lot. Thoroughly recommended.
