Nothing is better for the first-time visitor than a hotel that is much more than a place to sleep! This hotel and its excellent staff (GM Chin and Ms. Noy, you have our special thanks and appreciation!) just made our Luang Prabang stay ever so wonderful. We will be back for more, and we can't say enough about great the experience was!

ReviewedLove the hotel and the staffs! staffs were extremely friendly and helpful particularly the young intern, Brian Toh who had provided lots of insightful tips to us, he took good care of us during our stay to ensure we had the best customer experience. We booked a smaller room and immediately he took the initiative to check if we could be upgraded to a bigger room. We had to leave for our day tour at 6am before breakfast was served and Brian, and two other staffs Ali and Palm were so caring to prepare bread for us before our tour. They had taken the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable and comfortable. True example of excellence hospitality.

ReviewedThe location of the hotel is strategic. Its near the night market and is in the path of the morning alms procession. But the best thing of all is the team of warm and friendly staff at the hotel. A big shoutout to Brian Toh, Palm and Ali, all of whom made our trip extra memorable. They went out of their way to ensure that our comfort and safety are of priority. They were quick to respond to our queries and were very patient in handling our numerous requests. I could see their passion and commitment in getting their jobs done well. Thank you, 3 Nagas. May our paths cross again.

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Especially the hotel manage Mr. Chin, Pookie,Noi,Fhan and more. I can't remember all the names.Thank you so much to made my holiday completed. Perfect location: Hotel is in the heart of the city. Easy to go everywhere on foot or by bike.
