Wonderful rooms and staff at this hotel which is in walking distance to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. The lobby doubles as a contemporary art gallery. The Hive restaurant in the hotel is also a must. We had both dinner and breakfast, and both meals were outstanding!

We've stayed here twice and have had first class experiences both times. Friendly staff, early check in, and spotlessly clean, which you'd expect at this type of place. But the beautiful, spacious, quiet rooms a block from the main square in Bentonville put it over the top. We parked the car across the street Thursday afternoon and didn't move it until we checked out Sunday morning. From the hotel we walked to all the best restaurants, bars and of course, Crystal Bridges. It's a quick Uber ride to venture out to the Museum of Native American History (great!). We didn't eat at the Hive on this trip only because there were some new places in town we wanted to try, but it was very good on a previous trip. The bar area is inviting and fun, and even if modern art isn't your thing, you can't help but marvel at some of the stuff and laugh at the random green penguin sightings.

    • Very good hotel (if at risk of being overpriced)

First stay Aug 2019. This boutique hotel has significant space dedicated to original artwork. Although the art tends to be of the contemporary variety, which certainly isn't my taste, the effort is good and the effect is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, nicely appointed with a small couch and a table. But the furnishings are definitely more minimalist than luxurious and they don't manage to be both. It's for this reason one may want to be mindful of the price - this is not a luxury hotel despite what they may charge. The bathroom was very nicely done and modern. Happily the bed was extremely comfortable and although it was made with the seemingly compulsory heat-trap duvet there was a normal cotton blanket in the closet. Another very welcome touch was the Nespresso machine in the room. Bravo! On the downside, there's a fair amount of noise transmitted between rooms and from the hallway and sadly the maid staff is not very respectful of this in the morning. The hotel restaurant, the Hive, also merits mention. It is nearly the quality one would find in New Orleans or New York, and well worth the visit itself. Recommended.

My husband and I spent one weekday night at 21C Museum Hotel and were extremely pleased with our visit. The staff was exceptional. We booked a Deluxe King room, arriving hours before the posted check-in time. The front desk folks took our luggage and took my husband's cell phone number and off we went to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. We got a call the room was ready as we were walking back from the museum and learned our luggage was already in the room. The room was commodious with a king bed, a comfortable chair, and a banquette type setting. The bath was very large with a very decent shower. We never heard any other guests--no slamming doors or loud talking, All of the art was exceptional; I was especially enamored with the"fans" sculpture at the entrance to the elevator. The only confusing thing is where to park for the valet, The obvious place is blocked by The Cadillac! We are looking for a return visit next August when we plan to return to Crystal Bridges for a specific exhibit.
